We all want that summer skin glow right?! Whether our products are from the drugstore or high-end retail stores, we can all benefit from a few top tier skincare tips that will help us to age gracefully!
Wash your face twice a day, everyday!

This should go without saying, but you'd be surprised as to how many people do not wash their face on a regular basis! Washing your face everyday ensures that you are removing all the build up, oil, dirt, and pollution from the day's work before hitting the sheets at night! Who wants to go to bed with dirt from the atmosphere on their face? Not me chile!
Tone your face after washing with a cleanser!

Always use a toner that is alcohol-free after cleansing your face to remove excess oil and dirt that your cleanser did not get. Alcohol-free toner is less harsh on the skin and provides the necessary moisture our skin needs after being stripped when we used our cleanser.
Use sunscreen and moisturize everyday!

Sunscreen and moisturizer go hand in hand. They are like cousins (especially during the summer months), and should be used everyday in conjuction with one another. If you use a chemical sunscreen (like the one in the picture) always apply this before your actual moisturizer and wait fifteen minutes before going out into the sun! My moistuizer of choice is Cerave because it is lightweight, fragrance free, and has ceramides which help to protect and restore the skins barrier. These are important agents that aid in proper skincare ageing!
Use a jade roller every morning and night!

Jade rollers aid in helping the skin with inflammation, wrinkles, and brightening the complexion. The cooling sensation also helps the skin to de-puff after waking up and is ideal for a therapeutic at-home spa experience. There are many benefits to jade rolling and you will see a difference in your skin and face if you incorporate this routine into your daily skincare! Remember the goal here is to age gracefully sis! (Psalms 92:14-15)
